About Us
Forgemax AutoComponents manufactures precision auto components, supplying to major OEM customers in the Car, Truck and Tractor sectors. Since starting operations in 2006, we have developed a strong infrastructure and IATF-16949, ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015, ISO-45001:2015 Certified management system for quality and precision.
Factory Space
Our large factory space houses a Forging Centre, Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses, Drilling Machines, Welding Machines, Test Rigs, Assembly Shop, Tool Rooms, Stores and a QA/PDI Centre.
Standard Room
High precision part development and QA are made possible by our Standard Room. We use cutting edge tools including a CMM, Linear Height Gauge, Profile Projection Centre and more.
Precision Machining Facilities
Our Machining Facilities contain a streamlined arrangement of CNC and 4-Axis VMC Machines. With a team of skilled and well-trained operators, we ensure optimal utilization of these resources.
